OF USE AND DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEB
SITE ("Site").
This Agreement (the "Agreement") is an agreement between you and CitiMove,
LLC. ("CitiMove")
that states the terms and conditions under which you
may use the Site and receive the CitiMove service. Your
use of the CitiMove Service and the
Site constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions
set forth below. If you do not agree with all of the
terms and conditions, do not use the
Site or the CitiMove Service.
Liability.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SITE, OUR SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE).
These
issues will be the sole responsibility of the mover and
customer. CitiMove only facilitates
the meeting of mover and customer.
CitiMove is not responsible for 3rd party content. Links to 3rd party content posted by customers or movers are not the responsibility of CitiMove. CitiMove does reserve the right to remove any links to any external site posted by customers or movers. Any link posted by a customer or mover that may considered an advertisement, is deemed offensive, illegal, an advertisement,
Restricted Activities. Your Information (or any items listed) and your activities on the Site shall not: (a) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) be fraudulent (c) infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (d) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising); (e) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (f) be obscene or contain pornography or, or be otherwise adult in nature or harmful to minors; (g) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; (h) create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers; and (i) link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that: (aa) are prohibited under this Agreement; (bb) you do not have a right to link to or include.
CitiMove does not endorse any mover. CitiMove has no minimum requirements for any movers. CitiMove does not validate any of the information that a mover enters. Posting accurate and truthful information is the responsibility of the mover. CitiMove will penalize and ban movers who do not follow these policies. CitiMove has
no financial stake or incentive in any of the movers or how they are rated, ranked or reviewed.
CitiMove is not responsible
for any misinformation posted by a mover or customer. CitiMove does NOT
guarantee the integrity of any information posted on
the CitiMove.com website. CitiMove is only a 3rd party that facilitates the interaction between customer and mover. CitiMove does not endorse any mover, and does not validate any of the information that a mover enters.
In an effort to prevent fraud, damage, and theft,
CitiMove provides a service for customers to rate and
review their movers. CitiMove does not ensure the
validity of any ratings given to the mover. The ratings
are determined at the sole discretion of the customer. CitiMove does not rate movers. "CitiMove Ratings" are entered by registered CitiMove customers, and are not endorsed by CitiMove in any way.
In an effort to meet the needs of our users, CitiMove
provides unmoderated forums for comments on the experience
users have had with the CitiMove.com website. CitiMove
encourages customers to provide
feedback either on the forums or via email.
