Verified Reviews:
Submitted only by registered CitiMove customers, like yourself, after completion of the move. Each customer can review a mover only once. This review system is similar to ebay.

Public Reviews:
These reviews are submitted by customers that have found the mover outside of CitiMove. This gives movers the opportunity to have their other customers review them. This review system is similar to epinions, cnet, or citysearch.

What we do to prevent fraud:
- All Public Reviews must be submitted from a valid email address. Reviewers must click on a link in their email to activate the review.
- Only 1 Public Review can be entered per email per customer. The same email can never be used to submit more than 1 review of a mover.
- Anonymous email addresses, such as craigslist email addresses, are banned from submitting public reviews.
- We track all attempts of movers to review themselves.
