limited to, failure of the user to customer up, failure of the customer to pay, and failure of the customer to enter accurate information.  These

meeting of mover and customer.  CitiMove does not guarantee the integrity of any information posted 
on the CitiMove.com website and is not responsible for any misinformation posted by any party.  
In an effort to prevent fraud, damage, and theft, CitiMove provides a service for customers to 
rate their movers.   CitiMove does not ensure the validity of any ratings given to the mover.   The 
ratings are determined at the sole discretion of the customer.  To enhance the quality of the 
ratings, CitiMove restricts rating of movers to customers of the movers.



In an effort to meet the needs of our customers, CitiMove provides unmoderated forums for 
comments on the experience users have had with the CitiMove.com website.  CitiMove encourages 
customers to provide feedback either on the forums or via email.
